2011-2012 Kiwi Standards of Success Return to Kiwi Home Page

We, the Kiwi students of 2011-2012 need certain elements in our day to be most successful. To that end we will uphold these democratically created standards for Success:

I will show Cooperation by checking in with the person in charge, making sure everyone is heard, staying on topic, and by keeping a positive attitude when working with others.

I will show Assertion by not giving up on myself and believing in my abilities.  I will seek to find ways of having fun and being creative in appropriate ways.

I will show Responsibility by maintaining a quiet atmosphere for others to work, listening to the speaker, and handing in my work on time.

I will demonstrate Empathy by believing in others and supporting others in a positive way.

I will show Self-Control by using appropriate language, tone of voice, and not giving in to negative emotions.
