CCSU will be switching our districts’ e-mail application from GroupWise to Google starting on Wednesday, May 19.

Your existing CCSU e-mail address will not change. Additionally, you will not lose any of your e-mail, but you will have to transfer all your existing email from GroupWise into Google (if you choose to). You will also need to move your GroupWise calendar over to Google.

If you currently use Google and its applications, you may transfer that information (such as Google Documents) to your new CCSU Google account.

FAQs:

You will not lose any of your email currently in Groupwise, however it will not automatically be moved into Google.
If you want to move your email from Groupwise to Google, there is a process to do.
Your calendar will not be automatically imported into Google. There is a process to do so.
The current GroupWise system will be available until November 19th, 2010.
