DM Album Gallery Tutorial
CCSU will use DM Albums™ for managing galleries on the website. DM Albums is an inline photo album/gallery plug-in that displays high quality images and thumbnails specifically sized for our website. All images that are going on the website should less then 1MB for best results. (Have a set of pictures ready to use while going through the tutorial)
Part 1: Create Gallery Step 1: Login Login into the website navigate to the page you would like to add a gallery too.
Step 2: Identify DM Albums DM Albums is a right sidebar item, you may have to scroll down to find it:

Step 3: Add an Album To create an “album” (gallery), enter a unique & Descriptive Album name (i.e. “Third-grade Butterfly Drawings 2011” ).
Once you enter the desired name, click the
button below to browse your computer for set of images. You will be able to select multiple images at one time. Grab all of the pictures you have for the album and click open, which will add the files to the “upload queue” waiting to be uploaded. *note: the name of each image should not contain special characters, including periods. (No: “Butteryfly by Jack S. & Sally Smith..jpg”)
To upload simply click Start Upload: 
Now that we have an album ready to use, we need to place it on the page. Locate where you want the album to go on the page (usually the top) and have the cursor blinking on the line where you want the gallery.
Click
in the Album Manager and blurb of code gets placed where your cursor was:
Save the page and view your gallery!
Part 2 Modify the Gallery To modify (add caption, add a link to) images in a gallery that you have already created, click the “Manage Album Details” to bring up a pop-up window.

Here you will be able to add a caption, link, and delete existing photos in the gallery

Enter your edits & captions and hit the top exit button, you will still need to hit “update page” to save the captions. Adding Photos to Existing Gallery To add photos to an existing gallery, enter the name of an existing gallery where you would if creating a new gallery.

Click browse and add the photos you wish to the album (refer to Part 1 to learn how to upload photos).
Part 3: Delete Gallery There are two parts to deleting a Gallery, deleting the files and deleting the code on the page

Click the “X” next to the album listing to delete it. Next delete the code from where it was inserted on the page content. If this is not done, gallery will appear on your page with no photos.
