CCSU is going paperless

LOGGING IN:

User ID is your Employee ID# xxxxxx. If you do not know your Employee ID number, it is located in the upper left-hand corner of your pay stub (see “CCSU Going Green” link above for an example) or contact Kathy Barron at x4008.

Password:On your first log in, your password is your date of birth in the mmddyyyy format. (Example: 07041950) You will be prompted to change this password. There are instructions above entitled “Instructions for Changing Password” if you would like to change your password in the future.

Employee Online is your gateway to self management of your employee record. Through EO, you can view or print your current and past pay stubs; update your home address and phone number; add emergency contact information; link to the forms to change your tax withholdings (W-4 and W-4VT); manage your direct deposit settings; view your deferred compensation withholding amount; view current position data.

Highlighted Features:

Forgot Your Password – If you are attempting to log in and have forgotten your password, please click on the “Forgot Login?” link located on the login screen. After entering your work email address, you will receive an email with your user ID and a new password. If you then wish to change your password, please refer to the “Instructions for Changing Passwords” link above.

Message Page – You will see the message page that contains important information regarding cut-off dates for changes made in EO as well as other District-wide communication. You can choose from the menu items on the left side of your screen to navigate to the various options.

Home Address choose the “Home Address” from the menu options and click EDIT in the lower right portion of the screen to update information.

Emergency Information – choose the “Emergency Info” from the menu options and click ADD in lower right portion of the the screen to add an Emergency contact.

Leave Tracking Tab – this provides your current Sick and Vacation accrual information. When logged into EO, click on the “Leave Tracking” tab, choose either “Vacation Balance” or “Sick Leave Balance” and click “Submit”.

Current and past payroll check stubs – choose the “Check Stubs” from the menu options, click on the desired Pay Check Date and click “Print View” at the bottom of the screen if you want to print your check/direct deposit stub.

Logoff – is located in the upper right corner of the screen in the blue bar.
