Westford School Registration
Starting the Process
To obtain the New Student Registration Packet, contact Westford School (802.878.5932) or click here to download a copy. Submit the completed packet to Westford School. In addition, please submit the necessary paperwork to the school at the time of registration. A list of what you will need is found below.
What you need to submit to the school
- Completed Kindergarten Registration Packet
- Immunization records
- Most recent physical
- Child’s birth certificate
- At least three forms of identification (for residency verification purposes)
After Submitting the Forms
You will be contacted by the school either via phone or letter notifying you of your child’s placement. New students will be offered an opportunity to have an orientation of the classroom and school environment.
