On Wednesday, June 6^th the entire 3^rd grade plans to attend a team building ropes course at Northern Lights Rock and Ice (NLRI).  The full-day program is located at The Essex Resort and Spa. Students will be engaged for the entire day, participating in team-building games and rope activities in highly structured, small groups.  The program organizers subscribe to a “challenge by choice” principle which allows individuals to decide on a level of challenge that feels appropriate.  All safety equipment will be provided and groups will be led by expert facilitators and instructors.   Chaperones are not needed for this trip.
