Jewlery
Course Description
This exciting, hands-on course covers the basics of jewelry-making. Through a series of projects, experience will be gained in several mediums such as beads, gems, stones, wire wrap, silver soldering, copper, hemp, and “lampwork”. We will take a look at career possibilities and we may have local jewelers as guest speakers. The course culminates with the student design and construction of a “multi-media” piece which incorporates several skills and elements in to the finished product.
