JROTC Field Trips
Dayton, Ohio Trip

In April 2004, JROTC traveled to Dayton, Ohio. Despite a 13 hour bus ride cadets were ready to check out Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and the largest Air & Space Museum in the world, the National Museum of the United States Air Force. Fun and learning collided through an experience one will never forget!
Washington DC Trip
From April 14 to 17, 2005, JROTC will be traveling to our nation’s capital. Planned activities will include visiting the Smithsonian National Air & Space Museum, touring the Pentagon, laying a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknowns, and visiting National monuments. It will be a fun and exciting trip!
Vermont Air National Guard Base Visit

On October 14th, 2004, the freshman flights visited our local Air National Guard base. Tours included weapons loading, fire department, security, Disaster Preparedness, and much more. It was great seeing our professional and dedicated Air National Guard members in action!
Teambuilding / Confidence Course

Future trip planning includes visiting a local teambuilding / confidence course. The event would consist of both low elements for team challenge and high elements for individual accomplishments. Activities will start with warm-up games and initiatives to the bodies and minds and then build slowly as the course goes on each time increasing the challenge level.
