FALL SPORTS WEEK 1 PRACTICE/TRYOUT SCHEDULES
(all at Essex High School unless otherwise noted)
Cheerleading: TBA
Cross Country - Boys:
Monday: 5 K time trial, 9:00 a.m.
Tuesday - Thursday: 9:00 a.m.
Friday: depart for Maine, 8:00 a.m.
Cross Country - Girls: TBA
Field Hockey: TBA
Football:
Sunday, 8/10 equipment fitting and signout. Seniors 5:00-5:45 p.m., Juniors 5:30-6:15, Sophomores 6:00-6:45, Freshmen 6:30-7:15
Monday - Friday: session I 8:30-11:00 a.m., team lunch 11:00-1:00, session II 1:00-3:30
Saturday: pictures 3:00, Blue/Gold scrimmage 4:00, barbecue and parent meeting following scrimmage
Soccer - Boys:
Monday - Wednesday: 6:00-8:00 a.m. and 11:00-1:00 on track and/or fields
Thursday: 9:00-11:00 freshman training and varsity/JV team selection meetings, 3:00 varsity/JV training
Friday: 4:00 Varsity/JV Friendly scrimmage vs. Harwood, JV Gold Training
Saturday: 10:00 a.m. bottle drive for varsity and JV Blue
