You are invited to a Red Carpet Premiere of the MTV/ATI Unwasted Weekend!

What: A Red Carpet Premiere of the Unwasted Weekend vignette that will be airing nationally on MTV
When: Thursday, February 9th at 6:00pm
Where: Essex High School Auditorium

The Essex Above the Influence group and the ATI national office in DC will be hosting a Red Carpet Premiere of the footage on Thursday February 9th at 6:00pm. There will be an actual red carpet going into Essex High School with red carpet interviews, a “step and repeat” to take pictures in front of and much more. There will be an ATI related activity, a discussion with the Essex High School group that put on the event, a first peak showing of the MTV vignette as well as some words from representatives of the Office of National Drug Control Policy coming up from the White House for this event.

The event is free and open to anyone interested in the MTV event as well as anyone interested in the Above the Influence message and how it can be used with Vermont youth.

Hollywood premiere style dress is encouraged but not a requirement. Concessions will be available in coordination with the Boy’s Basketball game against Rice that will follow the premiere.

For those who cannot make it, MTV will be premiering the footage on 2/14/2012 at 10:00pm
