Important message to all EHS seniors

Please remember to check your school e-mail daily for important messages related to graduation and other tasks you’ll need to complete before graduation. Remember that you must complete the senior survey (found in Naviance) before graduation practice on June 12 at 10:00. Also, while you’re in Naviance, it is important that you identify the school you will be attending so that transcripts can be sent in a timely manner.  Read More

ATTENTION GRADUATING SENIORS: Have you received some type of scholarship from a college (that you plan to attend), community group or award committee? If so, and you would like to have it listed in the program for graduation, you must CHECK YOUR EMAIL, fill out the attached excel sheet and return it to Mrs. Blake, by email, no later than June 4.   Read More


EHS Seniors Teddy Ninh and Matt Wu will be holding a piano recital in the EHS auditorium on Friday (5/22) from 7:00 to 8:00 PM. Admission is FREE and all are welcome to attend.  Read More

The Premiere Night for the Spring 2015 50 Hour Film contest will take place 7pm Thursday May 21st at the Roxy in downtown Burlington. There will be eight films shown, all shot by VT high school students in just one weekend.   Read More

The Essex High School Prom will be held Saturday May 23rd at the Echo Lake Aquarium and Science Center in Burlington from 8-11 pm. Save the date! The theme is "A Night By The Lake". Tickets will go on sale after school beginning May 18th (in front of the auditorium).  Read More

Congratulations to the 2015 VERMONT STATE SCHOLASTIC CHESS CHAMPIONS, ESSEX HIGH SCHOOL!! Andy Shen was crowned champion of the high school section, and won the right to represent Vermont in the national Denker Tournament of State High School Champions, which will be held in Phoenix AZ in August.   Read More
