The Educational Leadership Team
The Educational Leadership Team (ELT), comprised of all CCSU Administrators and School Principals, meets bi-weekly throughout the school year. Using the Vision as a touchstone for their work, the ELT strives to ensure student-centered learning environments, model unified and collaborative leadership, and to promote improvement in the area of student achievement as identified through the Comprehensive Plan for Continuous Improvement. The team’s work is guided by the Principles of Responsive, Collaborative Leadership and is focused on 21st Century Learning.
