Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment Updates
The Office of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment provides leadership and planning in a number of areas, including:
- Design, implementation, and evaluation of PreK-12 curricula
- Design and selection of instructional programs
- Coordination and interpretation of various assessments
- Coordination of professional learning experiences for teachers and principals
- Development, coordination, and management of state and federal grant programs, including Titles I, IIA, IID, IV and Title III, EPSDT, and Tobacco
- Oversight of the Essex Junction School District Title I Reading and Math Programs
- Oversight of the CCSU Mentoring Program
- Oversight of the CCSU Prevention and Wellness Program
- Oversight of English as a Second Language (ESL), and K-5 World Language Programs
- Supervision of Educational Technology Integration Specialists
