Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment Updates

The Office of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment provides leadership and planning in a number of areas, including:

Design, implementation, and evaluation of PreK-12 curricula
Design and selection of instructional programs
Coordination and interpretation of various assessments
Coordination of professional learning experiences for teachers and principals
Development, coordination, and management of state and federal grant programs, including Titles I, IIA, IID, IV and Title III, EPSDT, and Tobacco
Oversight of the Essex Junction School District Title I Reading and Math Programs
Oversight of the CCSU Mentoring Program
Oversight of the CCSU Prevention and Wellness Program
Oversight of English as a Second Language (ESL), and K-5 World Language Programs
Supervision of Educational Technology Integration Specialists
