Welcome to the Property Services’
HVAC/Plumbing Department
The HVAC/Plumbing team is responsible for all heating, ventilating, and plumbing systems within the district. Our crew performs a full range of plumbing and heating system installation and repair. Our team is responsible for servicing and cleaning of the district’s boilers, furnaces, pumps, and air handling units. They maintain, install, repair, and replace water lines, drains, toilets, sinks, faucets, and kitchen equipment. It is their job to control humidity and temperatures in our buildings and troubleshoot and repair any heating or plumbing system leaks, failures, or breakages. The HVAC/Plumbing Facilities Management team can be found throughout the district’s many buildings keeping them warm and safe for all students, faculty, and staff.
