CCSU 403(b) Plan
All employees of the Chittenden Central Supervisory Union (CCSU) who contribute a minimum of $200/year are eligible to participate in the CCSU 403(b) Plan. For information related to our current 403(b) Plan, please refer to the Plan Summary or Plan Document. These documents are subject to change effective 1/1/09 to ensure compliance with the new regulations. For more information related to the upcoming changes please click here.
If you are interested in establishing a 403(b) contract within our Plan, you will need to do the following:
- Establish an account with our approved investment provider by completing and submitting an enrollment form indicating your investment coices and fund allocation. Please click here for updated information related to approved investment providers under our Plan.
- Once you have established an account with a participating investment provider, you must complete and submit a Salary Reduction Agreement to indicate the amount of your bi-weekly contribution. PLEASE NOTE: All participants shall be required to complete a new Salary Reduction Agreement by 12/15/08 in order to continue participation in our 403(b) Plan effective 1/1/09.
