Welcome to the CCSU Employee Benefits pages. The information on these pages are designed as a resource for existing and prospective employees.
Eligibility
Employees should refer to their applicable master agreement or employment contract for specific eligibility information. If the information found on this site conflicts with the master agreement/employment contract, the master agreement/employment contract shall take precedence.
In addition to master agreement/contact requirements, eligibility for insurance coverage is also subject to carrier limitations. Below is a summary of our insurance carriers' eligibility requirements:

BC/BS Medical - Minimum of 17.5 hours/week (0.50 FTE)

Northeast Delta Dental - Minimum of 17.5 hours/week (0.50 FTE)

UNUM Life Insurance - Minimum of 30 hours/wk (.86 FTE)
