Welcome to Team Alchemy!

 

Our motto is to “Be GOLD” which means

Give it your best, Own your choices, Lead by example and Do the right thing.

Students have the opportunity to receive gold coins for recognition of examples of being “GOLD”.  Their names are then entered into a jar for periodic drawings for a variety of prizes.  Please ask your student how they are embracing our team motto throughout the school year!

SUMMER READING prior to the start of the 2011-12 school year:  Students have been asked to complete 2 summer reading books using the Reading Strategies worksheets we handed out on the last day of the school year.   Students were encouraged to read a few selections that will support the curriculum in their 8th grade year.  Please check with the front office if you need any of these handouts.
