Fleming/Summit Street School Second H1N1 Flu Clinic Postponed posted on November 20th, 2009
Due to the shortage of the H1N1 vaccine, the Vermont Department of Health (DOH) has postponed the second H1N1 flu clinic for Thomas Fleming and Summit Street School students, originally scheduled for December 1, 2009.
School officials hope to learn the new date from the DOH later in the week. This new H1N1 flu clinic date will be communicated to families as soon as it becomes known. Information related to the new H1N1 flu clinic date will be posted on the school district’s website: www.ccsuvt.org.
