Introducing Essex High School’s First Academy of Visual and Performing Arts Community Capstone Celebration!
All community members, friends, teachers, parents, school board members are invited!
When: 6:00 p.m., Thursday, May 31
Where: Essex High School Auditorium (click here for directions)
What: Seniors from the Academy of Visual and Performing Arts (AVPA) will be formally presenting the results of their Community Capstone Projects. These projects encourage students to identify a need in the community and design a project to help address that need. Come see them present the exciting results of their projects before a panel of administrators, teachers,community members, and community consultants. Learn how each and every one of them made a difference through art and service. Get inspired to be the change you want to see in the world. This is the first in what hopes to be an annual event!
